Changing Your Money Story

For a number of years now, I've held this story that single moms are not wealthy. I built this story up based on what I saw in my reality when I was NOT single. Single moms, getting on the bus with their kid(s), dressed poorly, unkempt, living in trailers, perhaps. (crazy, I know...) No wonder, with this sort of image in my mind, when I became a single mom -- and I did likely because I kept focusing fearfully on what life would be like as a single mom -- I have remained broke, dressing poorly at times, or at least not as well as I would like, unkempt some days. Not living in a trailer, but certainly living in a rental home that is not very well kept up, both by myself and the landlord.

Now I have an opportunity to change my story. I have to change my story. Living this story is not living life as I know it can be lived. There is really no good reason why a single mom cannot be wealthy. I've since met a number of them. I know they exist, I know it's possible!

Our thoughts and feelings create our reality. This doesn't happen some of the time. It happens ALL of the time. Everything we see in our reality -- single moms being wealthy or not -- is created by our thoughts and feelings. If I want to see a different reality of life as a single mom, I need to change my thoughts and feelings. I need to re-imagine my story. So I focus on how it would feel to be living in accordance with Spirit's magnificence. This has not been easy in the beginning, but with practice and perseverance, I am making headway.

The book above, Creating Money: Attracting Abundance (Sanaya Roman)is an excellent spiritual understanding of money as energy and how to attract more. I recommend this book, and will recommend many others that are helping me change my story, but would like to emphasize that reading just one book will not make the difference for you. Do not, for one second, believe that you can just read one book, on the recommendation of another person, and expect life to change FOR you. You have to do the work. Thoughts + Feelings + Inspired Action = Manifestation. There is no other way around it. That inspired action piece will mean different things. It will likely mean you need to do something that is going to alter your vibration. If you choose to read the book, or feel so inspired to, do so with the intention that this action is just one building block in the (new) foundation you are building for yourself, for your new story. Stick with it and take the next inspired step.

How to Start Blogging

When you make a decision to start making your own money, contributing to the financial wellness of your family and/or deciding to be DONE with never having enough, it's best to begin surrounding yourself with people who are already successful. You learn by osmosis, almost. It's best if this can happen in the real, physical reality, but it doesn't have to.

I started to change my life when I began to make connections on the internet. I was a stay-at-home mom of three and we never had enough money to really live. I started asking better questions of myself, such as "How do other people do it?" and "What would it take for me to be as highly successful as them? Do I have what it takes?"

Of course, changing my life has taken time. I will always be on the lookout for other people who inspire me to be who I am meant to be, though. One of those people is David Risley. He's a top blogger on the internet, in case you don't know of him yet. I've learned so much from him. He's sincere and that comes across in his writing.

David has a "Make Money or It's Free" Guarantee on his 3 Day Money Course. Here's what one person had to say about the course:
When I saw the 3 Day Money course advertised I thought that, for the price, it was something fairly basic that gave the viewer/reader a brief insight into getting an online business off the ground. I expected there to be a followup course advertised after this... How wrong I was!

3 Day Money is a concise and well-structured course that fully covers all the bases and some: From formulating ideas for starting your business from scratch, right through to running a successful online enterprise; 3 Day Money has all the required data to make up a fully-comprehensive instruction manual which tells the budding entrepreneur all they need to know to get an online business built and producing results by making money: Which is the aim of any business.

The only thing it doesn't do is run your business for you. I was quite gobsmacked at the amount of content that was presented in such an easy-to-understand and professional manner within the course. Not only is the media presented in video format, but also podcasts and transcripts are included: So wherever you are you can benefit from this material.

I've seen lesser works sell for twice the price; yet still not do the business to the extent that 3 Day Money does. I can only describe this as a work of art that has had a tremendous amount of competent input put into it; with the result being that it will give the customer a great deal of output and information.

In conclusion, then; I have nothing but good things to say about this product: It's informative, thorough, and worth every penny. I'm glad I purchased it.

How to Complain Your Way to Success

If complaining made us successful, everyone would be successful. I mean everyone.Truth be known, Mamas, we can't really complain our way to success, and I'll tell you why.

Complaining is a form of not taking responsibility for your reality. It's a pretty negative vibration, too, when you think about it. Have you ever complained about something and managed to be uplifting at the same time? I don't mean providing constructive feedback. I'm talking about outright complaining about someone's performance or the way something worked out.

Being successful, internal and external success, involves taking full responsibility for what shows up. Everything we see manifest has been co-created by us. This is Universal Law. Because we have co-created - even the incompetent people, things and situations around us! - there is really no good use for complaining.

This is just the initial post of this blog. I'm in the process of writing a series on being successful, so stay tuned! In the meantime, check out my other blog at http://www.abundantmama.com. It's geared towards overcoming emotional abuse using Law of Attraction, but I believe you may find relevant articles of interest there as well.

Until next time!
